New Feature: Exclude Exam Attempts from Analytics
Not every exam attempt reflects your actual knowledge. You might submit an exam while testing the platform, get interrupted halfway through, or complete an attempt with notes open.
You can now keep these attempts without letting them clutter your history or distort your learning analytics.
Exclude an Attempt from Analytics
You can exclude individual exam attempts from your analytics while keeping their results available in your attempt history.
This is useful for attempts that you don't want included when evaluating your performance, such as:
- An incomplete or interrupted attempt
- A test run used to explore the exam interface
- An attempt completed with external help or study materials
Excluding an attempt only affects your analytics. The attempt and its answers remain available for you to review.
Archive Old Exam Attempts
You can also archive attempts that you no longer want displayed in your main exam history.
Archiving allows you to clean up your attempt list without permanently deleting your results. Your archived attempts remain safely stored and can still be accessed from the archive.
Excluding vs. Archiving
These two options serve different purposes:
Exclude from analytics when you want to keep an attempt in your history but prevent it from affecting your performance data.
Archive an attempt when you want to remove it from your main attempt list while keeping it available for future reference.
Getting Started
Open your exam attempt history and select the actions menu next to an attempt. From there, choose Exclude from analytics or Archive attempt.
Your analytics and attempt history are now easier to manage, helping you focus on the results that best represent your certification readiness.
